The inauguration of Teras Malioboro was conducted by the Governor of DIY, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, during an event called “Wilujengan” held in the courtyard of Teras Malioboro 1. This place has transformed into a shopping center offering various typical goods from Yogyakarta and its surroundings. Visitors can find a wide range of souvenirs, handicrafts made from natural materials, batik, Jogja-themed t-shirts, and a variety of culinary delights, all neatly arranged in an indoor concept.
